The rapidly changing landscape of the investment world requires constant attention to compliance, trends and technology advancements. Paul’s focus is to find the solutions and valued partners that will continue to enhance our services and the overall client experience.
Paul reinforces our philosophy of always having our client’s best interest in mind. He assists with compliance, regulation adherence and legislative changes to assist in protecting our clients. Paul is also Securities Licensed (held through LPL Financial) and offers additional support with his ability to trade and answer client investment questions.
Although Paul joined Shariden Consulting in March of 2022, his collaboration with Sharon began in 2004 when they teamed up to create and develop a holistic planning approach and client-focused investment program at 1st Mariner Bank (now First National). Sharon and Paul worked together until 2009 and are excited to be partnering again to enhance the financial lives of those we serve.
Paul’s financial services career has spanned more than 40 years. He has acted in a variety of capacities including Program Manager, Advisor Recruiter and Mentor for M&T, PNC and FNB. Having recruited, hired, and trained over 300 financial advisors, he has chosen to partner with Shariden Consulting because he truly believes in our vision, our process, The EPPIC Method®, and our client relationships.
Prior to offering his experience and knowledge to Shariden Consulting, he was a relationship manager and recruiter of independent financial advisors for producer groups partnering with LPL Financial. His experience with LPL dates back to 2015 which makes him an invaluable resource, liaison and advocate for our clients and Firm within various departments at LPL.
A lifelong Maryland resident, Paul is a graduate of Towson Catholic High School, Towson University and the College for Financial Planning. He enjoys traveling, hiking and kayaking.
